3. Hosting, Cloud Storage, & Domain Services

• Service Availability: PT. BisnisCreative aims for maximum uptime and reliability but is not liable for service interruptions due to unforeseen issues, maintenance, or external factors.
• Data Protection: Users are responsible for backing up data stored on cloud or hosting services. PT. BisnisCreative will maintain security measures but cannot guarantee total protection against data loss or breaches.
• Domain Registration: Domain registration services follow ICANN guidelines. PT. BisnisCreative is not liable for domain disputes or issues beyond the registration process.

4. Job-Seeking Platform

5. Payments & Refunds
